Dine Out Emirates or www.dineoutemirates.com are trademarks of Movie Media. None of the materials may be copied, uploaded, reproduced, posted and transmitted without permission from Movie Media.
• All Materials for advertising (display/graphics/video) accepted by Movie Media are subject to the terms and conditions applied.
• Any modifications/changes of media materials or use of these materials for any purpose constitute breach of Movie Media copyright and other property rights. Copyright use of both the materials in any other website or public is prohibited.
• Movie Media reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement that seems to be unsuitable or for any reason not keeping with the website standard and policies.
• The Advertisers will supply materials according dineoutemirates online ad specifications. The advertisers must comply with the submission requirement and deadlines set out. Dineoutemirates will not be obliged to accept any advertisement for publication which has not been submitted in this manner.
• Featured restaurants must comply with the terms and conditions for the short film shoot and must pay full amount within the time specified in the contract.
• Dineoutemirates assumes no liability for errors in any materials.
• Dineoutemirates is also not liable for delays or failure to publish submitted ad content in the event of circumstances beyond their control.
• Cancellation must be done in writing. Fees paid for the advertisement are non refundable unless it is canceled 30 days prior to the commencement of the ad campaign. (1^st published on the internet)
• Rates and fees are subject to change without prior notice.
• The advertiser assumes all liability for all content (including illustrations, graphics, text, trademarks and other copyright matters). Dineoutemirates has the right to publish the contents and use of the advertisement, without breach of any rights of any third party including, without limitation, intellectual property rights.
• The terms and conditions are subject to change with out prior notice. Updates will be available in this site.
• Advertisers are positioned according to dineoutemirates rules on ad space:
  • Billboard – will only be placed at the top.
  • Button ad – will only appear on the frontpage or mainpage.

Payment:

The advertisers must pay dineoutemirates.com in accordance with the rates set out in the rate cards (which may change without prior notice). Full amount due must be paid on or before the start of the advertisement. For advertising materials provided that if actual space is reduced after the start of the advertisement, dineoutemirates.com is not liable to the client for any credit or money back for such reduction.

No guarantees and warranties:

• Dineoutemirates does not guarantee the advertisers products which is featured will only be the product of the type featured in the site. Dineoutemirates will not be liable if an advertisers request cannot be entertained in this matter.

If anybody asks you any information to ship any items like vouchers, products or prizes in exchange for your bank account numbers, personal details or cash please ignore and donot reveal such details at any time and under any circumstance.
